Why the Blog?

This is my little corner of the internet. I really enjoy blasting out motivational material into the blog-o-sphere that I personally find helpful. Also, because I feel that Health, Fitness, Nutrition and Training are keys to success-- not only in sports and athletics, but in life itself-- you'll also find much on these topics as well. Designed for those on the go, with busy lives who still need to get it done! Last, you'll also discover my passions-- triathlons and endurance events-- and my pursuit to be the best I can be.
